Job Description

URGENT HIRING!!!

We are looking for Business Development/Lead Generation/Inside Sales professionals with EliteMindz Janakpuri.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Identify and source quality business opportunities for the organization.
  • Obtaining leads through various platforms like LinkedIn, upwork, data mining, data sourcing, email marketing, cold calling etc.
  • Develops sales opportunities by converting your leads into online/physical meetings for product demos.
  • You are responsible for end-to-end sales like generating leads to close the deal.
  • Track the number of leads and prospects in the sales pipeline. Ensure a healthy flow of potential clients to maintain consistent revenue.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • You will be individual contributor and will be responsible for end-to-end sales.

Skills required:

  • Proven experience is Business development, IT sales with a focus on international markets.
  • Experience using Upwork or similar platforms for lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and solutions, including software and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
