Experience required: 5 years+
Responsibilities:
1. Business Development
- Identifying and targeting potential clients in various industries
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation activities.
- Implementing effective lead-generation strategies.
2. Client Engagement
- Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand clients cybersecurity requirements.
- Presenting and demonstrating cybersecurity services and solutions to clients, showcasing their benefits and value.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
- Managing end-to-end customer life cycle management. i.e. Sales, Post-sales support, collection & up-selling/cross-selling
3. Proposal and Negotiation
- Preparing and presenting customized proposals based on clients specific cybersecurity needs.
- Negotiating contracts & agreements and ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services
4. Market Awareness
- Staying informed about cybersecurity trends, threats, and industry best practices.
- Understanding competitors offerings and market positioning to effectively differentiate the company's services.
5. Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Skills Set Required:
- Good experience in Account Management in Cyber security services.
- Good knowledge on applicable regulatory requirements mapped to cyber security controls.
- Previous experience of selling services to Mid-size companies/ Private Sector Banks / NBFCs / SFBs / Insurance Companies
- Ability to create & maintain good relations with Senior Level Management across industries. (preferably with CIO, CTO, CRO,CFO)
