Job Description:

• Create and implement comprehensive plans to enhance visibility.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive positioning.
• Develop engaging content for various platforms, including the firms website, social media, blogs and manage the firms online presence.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication and outreach.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and collaborate to create targeted proposals and closure.
• Use data insights to refine strategies and improve client engagement.
• Perform any other work as assigned to support the firms objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of legal services, client acquisition, and branding strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Tech savvy.
