Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for daily tasks including lead generation, market research, customer service, and communication. They will collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to create effective business strategies.
Qualifications
Inside Sales:
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media channels. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Solution Selling: Understand clients pain points and business requirements to provide effective and tailored solutions that will enhance their payment processing capabilities and overall business operations.
Build connections on LinkedIn for lead generation.
Responsible for Inbound & outbound calls and lead generation.
Manage and update leads on a regular basis.
Email Marketing:
Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and grow email lists.
Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
Create email databases for lead generation.
Requirements: Experience and Qualifications:
1-3 years of proven work experience in IT sales for B2B products
Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
Strong phone presence and experience in making cold/warm calls
Proficient in using HubSpot
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and customer needs
