Job Description:
As a Business Development Specialist at BizPay, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence within the fintech industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships to achieve sales targets and organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the various sectors through targeted prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. And close the deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective clients, industry partners, and decision-makers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure alignment and support in achieving business objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our Expense Management solutions and articulate value propositions to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs) in collaboration with the legal and finance teams.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the fintech or SaaS industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
