Job Description

Position: Client Acquisition (Staffing/Recruitment Industry)

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Experience: 3+ years

About the Role:

We are expanding our sales team and looking for a results-driven Client Acquisition to help us acquire clients and drive significant growth in the staffing/recruitment industry. If you have a proven track record of building long-lasting business relationships and onboarding clients in a competitive market, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in IT and Non-IT recruitment.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs.

- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels.

- Present our recruitment services and solutions to potential clients.

- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

- Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure successful client deliveries.

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Proven experience as a Business Development or in a similar role in the recruitment industry (IT & Non-IT preferred).

- Strong network and client base in the recruitment sector.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
