Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Business Growth Specialist with experience of 4+ years in IT Sales. The successful candidate will be a part of the Aarav Infotech team delivering world-class user experiences to the global audience.

Job Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process of Digital Marketing solutions.

Experience: 3 to 4 years

Job location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha & Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job type: full time

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's (Marketing Background)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute sales strategy to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets individually and as a team.
  • Facilitate information gathering and client needs analysis through client meetings
  • Must have the ability to deal with both domestic and international clients
  • Coordinate and execute the development, delivery and presentation of client proposals
  • Assess client websites against marketplace best practices and develop sales strategies for proposing cutting edge digital solutions
  • Manage client relationships and develop new client leads through networking activities
  • At least 3 years of previous sales experience with a successful sales track record
  • Strong phone prospecting skills and the ability to generate leads through networking
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and relationship management skills with the ability to articulate creative and technical concepts
  • Knowledge of corporate website applications, digital marketing, and social media
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Inexhaustible enthusiasm, energy, and creativity
  • Responsible for managing, engaging and motivating the team ensuring the maximum productivity.

Report and Feedback

Required to prepare reports with feedback to the upper management.
