We are looking for a dedicated Business Growth Specialist with experience of 4+ years in IT Sales. The successful candidate will be a part of the Aarav Infotech team delivering world-class user experiences to the global audience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process of Digital Marketing solutions.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's (Marketing Background)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute sales strategy to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets individually and as a team.
- Facilitate information gathering and client needs analysis through client meetings
- Must have the ability to deal with both domestic and international clients
- Coordinate and execute the development, delivery and presentation of client proposals
- Assess client websites against marketplace best practices and develop sales strategies for proposing cutting edge digital solutions
- Manage client relationships and develop new client leads through networking activities
- At least 3 years of previous sales experience with a successful sales track record
- Strong phone prospecting skills and the ability to generate leads through networking
- Excellent writing, presentation, and relationship management skills with the ability to articulate creative and technical concepts
- Knowledge of corporate website applications, digital marketing, and social media
- Proficient in MS Office
- Inexhaustible enthusiasm, energy, and creativity
- Responsible for managing, engaging and motivating the team ensuring the maximum productivity.
Report and Feedback
Required to prepare reports with feedback to the upper management.
