Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Researching, identifying, and targeting prospective B2B and B2C clients using online platforms, industry networks, and referrals
- Qualifying leads based on client needs and pain points, ensuring alignment with company offerings
- Initiating contact through calls, emails, and meetings to introduce our products/services and nurture relationships
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to communicate value propositions effectively
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships
- Maintaining and tracking the sales pipeline using CRM software to manage contacts, interactions, and opportunities
- Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, updating key stakeholders on progress toward sales targets
- Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify potential areas for growth
- Providing insights and feedback to the marketing and product teams to align offerings with market demand
- Negotiating contract terms and closing deals to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Ensuring customer needs are met during and after the sales process to promote retention and loyalty
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives
