Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand our client base in the US, Europe, Gulf, and Australia.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) and sales professionals, setting monthly targets and ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders through existing networks, industry events, and business platforms.
  • Drive sales growth through a combination of personal contacts, partnerships, and online provider platforms.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and client needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Build a results-oriented, target-driven sales team aligned with the company's vision for global expansion.
  • Leverage a strong technical background to effectively communicate with prospective clients about the company's service offerings in IoT, AI, ML, DevOps, and more.

QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields (mandatory).
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent (preferred). Certifications in sales and business development (such as HubSpot Sales, Certified Sales Executive (CSE), or other relevant business development/sales certifications).
  • Technical certifications (optional but advantageous): AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified IoT Professional, AI/ML certifications (e.g., TensorFlow, AWS ML Certification), or related certifications that showcase knowledge of the technology landscape.

MUST HAVE :

  • Proven track record in sales/business development, preferably in IT services.
  • Strong network in international markets, particularly in the US, Europe, Gulf, and Australia.
  • Technical background with an understanding of IoT, AI, ML, cloud services, mobile/web development, and DevOps.
  • Experience in leading sales teams and setting clear goals, targets, and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop strong client relationships and drive high-value projects.
  • Experience with online project acquisition platforms and direct contacts.
