Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SaaS Business Development Manager with a strong network of HR professionals in top corporate organisations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Kaam.com's comprehensive HR-enabled tools and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers, especially HR leaders, in top corporate organizations.
- Present Kaam.com's ATS, HRMS, and job platform solutions, highlighting their value proposition and alignment with client needs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate HR teams to understand their challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients throughout the sales process.
Solution Customisation & Proposal Development:
- Work closely with internal teams to customise job platforms and HR tools based on client requirements.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to refine strategies and product positioning.
Achieving Sales Targets:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring consistent growth for the company.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record in SaaS sales, with a preference for HR-tech solutions.
- Strong network of HR professionals in large and mid-sized corporate organisations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and map them to Kaam.com's product offerings.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with ATS, HRMS, or similar HR tools is highly desirable.
