Job Description

Rrayze is a Business Consulting Company and has a presence in 8 countries (India, Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, USA, Netherland, Germany and Australia) and 13 states across India. We also have associate tie-ups in the rest of the states.

Rrayze is into multiple Business segment like Finance, HR Outsourcing, Recruitment, Start-up funding and Compliances etc.

The Role

Position: Business Development Manager

Location Orchid Centre, Golf-Course Road, Sector-54, Gurgaon (On-site)

Education- MBA

CTC 5 LPA (4.5 L Fixed+0.50 L Variable) + Sales Incentive

Responsibilities

  • Generate inquiries and close transactions for recruitment and finance business consulting.
  • Handle presales activities, including lead generation through market research, cold calling, LinkedIn, and online data.
  • Maintain regular communication with potential clients to develop synergy and foster relationships.
  • Prepare and share presentations/proposals with potential clients according to their requirements.
  • Elaborate on the terms of hiring and ensure clarity throughout the process.
  • Guide the activities and operations of the sourcing team to ensure revenue goals are achieved.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients for future engagement.

Desired Candidate

  • MBA qualification.
  • Interest in B2B/corporate sales.
  • Candidates from the consulting or recruitment industry will be preferable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Proactive and street-smart individual.
  • Ideally based in Gurgaon.

Key Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive business development professional.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Good knowledge of using LinkedIn and related tools.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Corporate Actions / Asset Servicing role, ideally within the the Accounting Industry industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have working knowledge of Corporate sale, B2B sales, Lead generation and MS office power point
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
