Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

Salary: 30k - 35k

Job Description:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis.
Initiate contact via cold calls, emails, or meetings to generate new leads.
Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and ensure consistent follow-up.

2. Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business areas.

3. Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and deals in the company CRM.
Provide regular updates to the management team on sales performance, market feedback, and client developments.

4. Assist in developing sales plans, pitches, and marketing materials for business development initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support business growth strategies. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and close deals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using PPT, Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
