Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team. The candidate will play a key role in identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for our innovative products. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Off-Line Sales through rigorous meetings with potential Channel Partners and making strategic tie-ups.
  • Drive and execute overall go-to-market strategy involving business growth accountability that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
  • Good understanding on solution selling and gathering requirements and tailor-pitch the product portfolio accordingly to Channel Partners.
  • Efficient Planning and Executing market-site visits within assigned region, maintain and review.

Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Lead negotiations, handle objections, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Provide regular feedback to the management team on market insights and potential opportunities.

Passionate to work in tech driven company.

  • Prior experience working with architects, builders and contractors is a advantage.
