Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to act as the primary driver of operations in sales. You will work directly under the Sales Head and act as a liaison between the Sales and Customer Successteams.

What the role entails

  • Proposal Creation: Actively preparing relevant sales collaterals like pitch decks, client presentations, demos and understanding the technology behind it and setting up meetings with the client.
  • Funnel management & Lead Generation: Professional pitch to potential clients through networking, cold calling and emails. Planning the entire pipeline, processes, and managing sales MIS.
  • Understanding Requirements: Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services including customisation.
  • Active Follow up: With potential customers to stay on the top of funnel flow.
  • Networking & Relationship Management: Build long term trusting relationships with clients
  • Knowledge Transfer: Ensure smooth handover of clients from one stage to another especially during the involvement of multiple stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with the latest products, services and technologies.
  • Business Operations and Reporting: Document processes, pitches, improvements, errors and report the results regularly.

Desired candidate profile

  • Experience in B2B sales at least 2 years, preferably in SaaS based product companies or Fintech
  • Fluent in spoken and written English & Hindi
  • Audio editing basics
  • High on ownership in taking new initiatives
  • Multitasker, efficiently manages multiple priorities while delivering quality results
  • Thrive in fast paced environment & excels in high-stress situations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
