We are hiring for one of our Client in Digital Supply Chain Finance and Lending Solutions, providing cutting-edge working capital tech solutions to financial institutions and corporates
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound tele-calls to potential clients from leads received through multiple channels (website, events, social media, etc.)
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their requirements and qualify them as potential sales opportunities
Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team based on lead qualification
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead nurturing and qualification processes
Stay updated with our product offerings and industry trends to provide prospects with relevant information
Assist in refining the lead qualification criteria and tele-calling scripts as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in lead generation or tele-calling, preferably in the fintech, finance, or technology sectors
Basic understanding of finance and marketing concepts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
Experience with CRM tools is a plus (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot etc.)
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
