Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music and education, as well as a proven track record of success in business development and sales.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
    Analyze data to develop insights that inform business development strategies.

Lead Generation:

  • Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
    Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects.

Client Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
    Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for clients.

Sales Targets:

  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and revenue goals.
    Track and report on sales performance against targets.

Proposal and Presentation:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
    Customize proposals to address the specific needs and challenges of clients.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment of business development efforts with overall company goals.

Market Expansion:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and business diversification.
    Explore new business lines, partnerships, and geographical markets.

Customer Feedback:

  • Gather feedback from clients to understand their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
    Provide insights to internal teams for product enhancement.
