A customer-oriented problem-solver who can identify the potential customers for Schrodinger software sales, identify their software requirements, generate quotes, quote to the requirement of tenders, handle negotiation, terms, procurement, and legal processes.
Follow Up with them post sales payment collection.
Coordinate with the Software architect to make sure the software is installed and with the scientists to provide the training and support etc.

What you ll do:
Identify, qualify, and develop new business in software business development.
Oversee, nurture and grow existing service accounts.
Work with the account management, application science and finance teams to support accounts needs.
Produce timely and accurate business reports and revenue forecasts.
Travel to customers, as well as represent and promote Schr dinger at conferences, workshops.
What you should have:
A relevant degree in life sciences.
At least two - three years of experience in Account Management or Business Development in the scientific software (or related) industry.
Outstanding customer relationship and management abilities.
Experience in selling life science software is a plus.
Familiarity with computational chemistry software is a plus.
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Netsuite) is a plus.
