PolicyBazaar.com is India's largest insurance marketplace and a leading fintech player

globally. It has backing from a host of investors including the likes of Soft Bank, InfoEdge

(Naukri.com), Temasek, Tiger Global Management, True North, Premji Invest. The portal

started in 2008 with a purpose to educate people on insurance products and has had a

significant influence on how insurance is bought in India. It has helped in driving penetration

of pure life insurance, health insurance, and such products which were barely bought earlier.

From receiving traffic of 180,000 visitors in 2008, PolicyBazaar.com has come a long way and

today hosts over 100 million visitors yearly, and records 10 transactions on its platform every

minute. The company collected Rs 3,500 cr of insurance premium in FY19, and is on track to

double this figure in FY20. PolicyBazaar.com accounts for nearly 25% of Indias life cover, and

over 7% of Indias retail health business. It accounts for roughly half of all internet based

insurance purchase in the country..

Key responsibilities will include:

a) Account ownership of top insurance GI partners at Policybazaar and driving the long term Business Strategy b) Work with Senior Management of Insurance companies in India helping them scale their businesses through retail/digital distribution c) Serve as Communication link & work with cross-functional internal teams for ensuring timely execution and resolution d) Managing relationships with insurers/clients by continuously proposing strategies to meet their objectives e) Joint development of new products with the insurers basis the market needs and requirements. f) Ensure the right products are delivered to customers in a timely manner thus ensuring a proper tech and CRT coordination. f) Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics g) Good analytical and communication skill h) Commercial management getting deals from insurers, Monthly Invoicing, reconciliation, Identifying gaps in data and getting the same closed with relevant stakeholders. i) Service enhancement work on process improvements for better customer experience.

Qualifications :

a) Masters degree in Management from a Top B-School b) Bachelors degree from a Top Institutes. c) 2-3 years of experience d) Exposure to Start-ups or High growth companies preferred e) Very strong analytical and communication skills f) Experience aligning and driving cross-functional groups g) Passionate about working in entrepreneurial set-ups and creating/ managing a business h) Excellent in MS Excel, Charts, PowerPoint, Forms, Data Validation & Scenarios.

Location: Gurgaon, should be open to travel for insurer meetings.
