Job Description:

We seek an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Partner to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background and a passion for the eLearning industry. As a commission-based partner, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in the corporate sector.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new business.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and propose customized eLearning solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the corporate eLearning market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of self-motivation and a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
