A Sales Executive responsible for selling products or services to customers or clients.
Key responsibilities of a Sales Executive will include:
- Interacting with inbound leads on Instagram/WhatsApp/Phone to close the sales
- Reach out to leads provided via any relevant database of customers
- Negotiating price & terms of service with customers or collaborators in order to close the deals
- Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to persuade and negotiate.
- They should also be highly motivated and self-driven, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field may be preferred, but relevant experience and skills are more important.
