- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for client designs assigned by businessdevelopment managers
- Collaborate with business development managers to understand client requirements
- Analyse design specifications and gather necessary information for BOQ Preparation
- Calculate quantities of elements and material required for the project
- Update BOQ as needed based on changes in design or project scope
- Maintain documentation and records of ordered services for particular booth.
- Communicate effectively with the internal team regarding the details.
- Coordinate with designers for correspondingdesign drawing and graphics preparation.
- Coordinate with business development team after project confirmation
- Manage mandatory form submissions to the organizer
- Update calendarwith important dates and deadlines
- Possess good communication skills for organizer communication
- Be flexible with working hours
- Understand organizer's regulations and technical design elements
- Create buildup & dismantle badges for suppliers
- Handle client inquiries and provide information to operations manager
