- Minimum 2 Years Experience.
- Hands on experience in building material industry (preferably Gypsum/Cement boards).
- Build relationship with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors.
- Identify Potentional private and government projects.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities. Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting suitable solutions.
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive products and potential areas for business growth.
- Understand the needs of your customers/clients and be able to respond effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups
- Analyse competitors and develop a business plan to increase sales and revenue.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
