Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :-

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Create and implement strategies to promote the company's services and acquire new clients
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of services
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors activities to develop strategies to stay ahead

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
