Key Responsibilities:

Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers and promoting our products/services

Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions

Achieving sales targets and KPIs on a weekly/monthly basis

Building and maintaining relationships with clients over phone and email

Required Skills:

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to work in rotational shifts

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Good understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management
