Roles & Responsibilities:-
- New Customers identification, Lead generation etc.
- Should be able to handle Daily Order Checking.
- Regular Payment follow-up with Parties.
- Management shall not remind you for any follow-up.
- Updation of Price List on regular basis.
- Update Payments status on regular basis.
- Maintaining customer profile.
- Regularly updating customer profile.
- Relations with Customers in Prod, Quality, Accounts & Purchase Team by being regularly in touch via phone as well as physical visit on intervals.
- Taking customer review periodically
- Should be good in Communication, Negotiation, Time Management, Networking, Customer Skills, Persuasion, Listening, Selling Skills, Meeting Etiquette
- Should be familiar with Computer Skills, MS Office, IT skills,
- Should be Confident, Go-getter, Charming, Humorous, Kind, Persistent.
- Should be Punctual, Calm, Dedicated, Friendly, Hardworking,
Trust worthy, High Energy, Sincere
Note:-The ideal candidate should be from preform Domain Knowledge preferably Oil/Beverages (FMCG), Basics of Hygiene only.
