In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify and secure new partnerships and corporate clients.
- Build strong relationships with businesses, industry leaders, and educational institutions.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and target audiences.
- Present the value proposition of our training programs to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development activities.
You're a perfect fit if you have:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development or a related sales role.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and comfortable with data analysis.
