Job Title: Business Development Officer (
BDO IT sales experience )Identify New Business Opportunities- Research and identify potential clients and markets.
Develop strategies to approach and attract new clients.- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.- Ensure client satisfaction and retention by providing excellent service.
Sales and Revenue Generation- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Collaboration with Internal Teams- Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract potential clients.
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure products/services meet client needs.- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure contracts are financially viable.
Reporting and Documentation- Maintain accurate records of all business development activities.
Prepare regular reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities.- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
