Designation: Business Development Manager Corporate Sales

Roles & Responsibilities
1) Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the client base of the company,build a concrete pipeline and help meet the revenue targets of the corporate businessvertical
2) Corporate Sales, acquiring new corporate clients, achieving monthly, quarterly, yearlyrevenue targets
3) Prospecting, Lead Generation, Lead Management, Sales Pipeline, Negotiation, ClosingOrder
4) Meeting decision makers in departments like HR / Admin / EHS / Procurement at variouslevels.
5) Selling Services like Dedicated / Stationed Ambulance, Ambulance On-Call, MedicalRoom (Doctor & Nurse On-site), Occupational Health Centre (OHC) Services, MobileMedical Units (MMU), Wellness Programs, Health check, etc.
6) Extensive travel will be required to meet with corporate customers, attend meetings. Preparing Proposals, Presentations, providing briefings and submitting reports to Senior Management asrequired
7) Cross Functional Interaction with various departments and stakeholders for deployment of services and ensuring clients will get the best quality services
8) Retaining existing clients, Upsell & Cross Sell new services to client
9) Ensure billing and Recovery for acquired clients will happen on time, Systematic follow up to ensure 100% payment collection within due date.
10) Contract renewals / Additional addendum / compliance related to client, Tender / RFPparticipation
Skills Required
Corporate Sales / Business Development / Account Management
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Willingness to travel as and when the business requires
Proficient in MS Office, and excellent in MS PPT.
Proven track record of managing a successful sales cycle from planning to closure Creating and implementing a sales plan
Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress
Analyzing sales data
Presentation skills
Customer Relationship Management
Education and Experience Requirements
1) Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
2) Experience of dealing with CHROs, HR Heads, EHS Heads, Procurement Heads /Directors etc
3) 3 to 5 years experience of selling Corporate Healthcare, Occupational Healthcare,Wellness & Engagement solutions to corporates
4) Ambulance / OHC / Medical Room Sales Experience is desired
