Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager experienced in Real Estate with a minimum of 1.5 years in the industry to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, a strong understanding of the real estate market, exceptional sales skills, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, collaborating with internal teams, and staying updated with industry trends and competitors, managing client relationships, and closing deals that meet the needs of both buyers and sellers.
