Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team at WorkAssist Jobs. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in business development.

  • Relationship Manager is primarily responsible for providing financial solutions to the HNI customers and ensuring value added services.
  • Responsible for increasing liabilities size of relationship via balances in accounts of existing customers and enhancing customer profitability by capturing larger share of wallet.
  • Responsible for deepening the existing relationships by cross selling of Bank's products and Services/ third party investment products.
  • Increasing customer engagement through other non-investment products like Forex, Remittances, Loans, etc. to the new and existing customers.
  • Ensuring that the customers are sufficiently educated/ leveraged on the best financial solutions.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 4 to 6 years in business development, preferably in the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and current market trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in CRM software and pipeline management tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying potential clients in the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Consulting sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.
  • Lead negotiation and contract development processes to close new business deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market intelligence to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
