Job Overview: The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, real estate developers, and other key stakeholders in the industry.
Collaborate with the design team to create customized proposals and presentations that address the specific needs and preferences of potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.
Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, including negotiation of contracts and terms.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing strategies to support sales efforts.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interior design and business development.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.
