Proven working experienced as a business development personnel, sales executive, ad sales or similar relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- 5+ years advertising experience

BD Roles & Responsibilities:
· Orchestrate new business meetings/pitches and respond to RFIs, participating and preparing presentations
· Write compelling business proposals
· Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales
· Coordinate with the delivery team and client to set the expectation right on both the sides
· Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion
· Establish a strategy for opening opportunities with new or lapsed clients
· Manage day to day activities for lead generation campaigns track new business contacts/CRM database and follow up
· Have In-depth understanding of the market and be up-to-date on the new trends in the market
· Establish and grow relationships with internal stakeholders/decision-makers / influencers within major clients and Vendors/Partners
· Coordinate with marketing on outbound activities to help generate new business and speaker opportunities at various events
