Job Overview

Mid-Level: 4 to 6 years of experience | Full-Time | Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India

Qualifications and Skills

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and IT solutions
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and foster long-term partnerships
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and solutions
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized proposals and negotiate contract terms
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to identify potential growth areas and business opportunities
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, KPIs, and market competition
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build a strong professional network and represent the company
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
