The candidate should be adept at project management, including setting up facilities.

Position Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business plan for Tapes for Cable (Power and Telecom / Optic Fibre).
- Continuously scan for market opportunities in M&A and technology/distribution partnerships.
- Establish a slitting and rewinding facility within 180 days for outsourced tape sheet rolls.
- Design a project plan for in-house coated sheet rolls manufacturing for execution within 270 days.
- Identify and recruit talent with requisite knowledge and skills across sales and operations.
- Onboard requisite suppliers for raw materials and consumables to meet competitive cost and quality requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience in the Cable Tapes business, preferably in operations (manufacturing, supply chain, or procurement) or sales.
- Strong business acumen and communication skills.

Scope:
- Target revenue of $12m per year (Rs 100 crores over the next 36 months).
- Lead business P&L following project stage.
