With a strong presence in multiple states, we are seeking dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in these key markets.
Location: Candidates from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra.
Required Skills:
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports on daily basis.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network and connections with schools and NEET coaching centers in the specified states.
- Good Knowledge in NEET Exam Preparation.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Suitable for both male and female candidates.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within a week after selection are preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the specified states as required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Laptop with Internet Connectivity is Mandatory.
Compensation:
Up to Rs. 6 - 7 Lakhs per annum.
