Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Virtuous Vision. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and creating sales strategies. The role also involves negotiating contracts, preparing proposals, and working closely with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Knowledge of strategic planning and sales strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
