Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with 4+ years of staffing industry experience to join our team in the US region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and building long-term relationships in the staffing and recruitment industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of the staffing landscape, client needs, and market trends within the US region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new clients across various sectors (IT, healthcare, finance, etc.) in the US region to expand the company's staffing business.
- Sales & Business Development: Build and manage a pipeline of business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and converting leads into long-term clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and market demands, analyzing competitor offerings and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Tailored Staffing Solutions: Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver customized staffing solutions based on client needs, including both permanent and temporary staffing.
- Negotiations & Contracts: Lead contract discussions and negotiations, ensuring terms and conditions align with both client expectations and company goals.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets, managing business development initiatives, and ensuring high-quality delivery of staffing services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of staffing solutions and client satisfaction.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track sales activities and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates and reports to leadership on progress and results.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in business development within the staffing and recruitment industry in the US region.
- Proven success in identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales process, and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing market, including knowledge of key sectors such as IT, healthcare, finance, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract management.
- Results-oriented, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and business development tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

- Experience working with both temporary and permanent staffing models.
