Job Description:
- Responsible for the course promotion and sales of the Centre/ branch assigned
- Meet the sales targets set
- Effective utilization of leads and maintaining a positive and healthy conversion rate
- Exceptional communication and convincing skills
- Have a good understanding of the course information and ensure proper handling of all queries of the students by effective Counselling
- Cold Calling
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience of minimum 2 years as a counselor or admission counselor or in other sales/ admin roles with decent communication skills.
- Graduation is mandatory, an MBA or any other specialization would be a good addition.
- Should be able to communicate fluently in these Languages- English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Good knowledge of computer, should manage Excel, maintain records
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over meetings and via inside sales.
- Should be open to house visits/ school or college visits to convert potential leads to admissions.
- Ability to switch communication styles.
