Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a focus on staffing augmentation, ERP products, and cloud services. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the staffing augmentation, ERP products, and cloud services sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, particularly in staffing augmentation, ERP products, or cloud services.
  • Strong understanding of the staffing industry and IT solutions landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the IT or staffing industry.
  • Existing network of contacts in the staffing or IT industry.
  • Experience with staffing augmentation, ERP systems and cloud-based technologies.
