Job Title: Business Development Manager-Client Acquisition
Location: Gurgaon
Shift Timings: 6.30 PM- 3.30 AM ( Night Shift) (Hybrid)
The Business Development Manager will take full ownership of the Recruitment Business and will be responsible for developing a strategy to grow the business in terms of revenue, profits and market share. The successful candidate will develop and maintain relationships with key clients and will drive the development of new business through a range of marketing and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a business strategy to drive growth, revenue and profits for the Recruitment and Indian Staffing Business.
- Proactively initiate contact with potential clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise and existing contacts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business growth and sustainability.
- Create and manage a sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities and engage with potential clients.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to establish the Recruitment and Staffing Business as a leading player in the market.
- Build and maintain good relationship with existing clients in order to facilitate repeat business.
- Forecast and manage budgets, revenue targets and costs in line with organizational goals and targets.
- Work closely with the HR and recruitment teams to identify new opportunities and areas for business development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity and market dynamics
- Support the CEO, COO, VP and board of directors with regular reports, analysis and recommendations on business performance and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager within a recruitment or staffing agency.
- Sound financial and business acumen with a track record of effective budgeting and forecasting.
- Demonstrable success in driving business growth, revenue and profit targets in a highly competitive environment.
- Strong marketing and promotional skills with the ability to create and implement successful campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Good leadership and management skills to manage a team and drive results.

Pay: 1,000,000.00 - 1,200,000.00 per year + Incentives
