Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager with a focus on US IT Staffing. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and sales. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Experience across Client Inclination into business consultancy including Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, Pre-sales, Entire operations and Post-sales or Client Success Management including support, guidance, and requirement enhancement with existing clients.
- Extensive experience Sales, Business Development, and client relations across Recruitment and IT Industry.
- Good experience in researching and acquiring new clients, developing, and implementing strategies, and managing a team of recruiters.
- Well versed in successfully closing multiple contracts, proposals, and agreements with various companies and corporations, using my strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Skilled in generating leads, creating partnerships, and providing staffing solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients to maximize profitability.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.
