Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at UrbanAge Landbase. As a Business Development Manager, your day-to-day tasks will involve identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting market research and analysis, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to drive business growth and generate leads. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the real estate market in Gurugram.
