Overview
The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in the organization by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth and profitability. Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

- Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to support business development initiatives

- Participate in the development of pricing strategies and proposals for new business opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote its services and expand its network

- Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team, ensuring their continuous development and motivation

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or relevant field
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
