RESPONSIBILITIES:
Being the initial point of contact for customers with queries about our products and services, in addition to following up regarding payments and appointments.
KEY ROLE:
- Responding to phone, email, and live-chat inquiries
- Initiating a proactive approach with potential customers
- Collecting interior design diagrams/measurements from customers to prepare and send them estimates
- Confirming stock with warehouses
- Dealing with procurement from partnering companies to fulfill customer requirements
- Preparing estimates and following up on invoices
- Collecting payments from customers
- Establishing positive customer relationships
- Using various technologies like CRM, WhatsApp, and similar other technologies related to the interior design industry
ADDITIONALLY:
Candidates should be well-focused, proactive, courteous, and professional, provide excellent customer service abilities, and accomplish targets.
PREFERRED:
- Knowledge of the interior design industry
- Experience with the UK and European customers
- Good at numerics and software (will not be compromised)
