Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager at UDC HOMES. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and creating business strategies. The role will involve on-site work in New Delhi.

• Experience in market research and analysis
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
