As the Business Development Manager at Trask, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients and partners, and driving revenue growth for the company. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic plans to expand our client base and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industry and our target market
- Develop and present sales proposals and pitches to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
