Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with specific expertise in cold calling for US and/or EMEA markets. The role requires a deep understanding of the BFSI sector, with a preference for candidates who have experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Engage potential clients in the US and EMEA markets, building relationships and generating leads.
- B2B Sales: Identify opportunities and close deals with businesses in the BFSI sector.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage opportunities through CRM systems to ensure consistent follow-ups and deal closures.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings, particularly in AML and FCC solutions, if applicable.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Proven expertise in cold calling for US and/or EMEA markets.
- Experience in the BFSI sector is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in selling AML / FCC solutions or services.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the BFSI industry.
