Role Description
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth within the
company. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with various teams to achieve sales targets i.e Super Stockiest,
Distributors, Modern trade Chains research new market opportunities, and oversee growth
projects. The BDM will work closely with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to
align strategies and ensure the company's overall growth objectives are met, also with
accounts and accounts and finance department to keep a track of sales figures.
