Job Description

We are hiring for-

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential business opportunities and prospects in the CRM, ERP, and healthcare sectors. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and meetings. Present and promote our products and services effectively.

Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide insights and feedback to refine our approach.

Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and present detailed proposals to clients. Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring alignment with company policies.

CRM & ERP Knowledge: Leverage your background knowledge in CRM and ERP systems to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.

Healthcare Sector Expertise: Utilize your understanding of the healthcare industry to address specific client requirements and provide relevant solutions.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system. Prepare regular reports on progress and performance.

Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably with a background in CRM, ERP, and healthcare.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems, as well as the healthcare industry.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
