About This Role:

As a Business Development Manager at Think Tree, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and enhancing client relationships. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a marketing/advertising agency setting. What the Role Entails:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to current clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and addressing their needs.

Business Development:

  • Utilise a strategic approach to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Recommend different product options to clients based on their needs and market trends.

Communication and Sales:

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Engage in persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.

Record Keeping and Documentation:

  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and results.

Strategic Planning and Recommendations:

  • Meet regularly with the management team to discuss business development strategies and goals.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements in products, services, and business processes.

Team Collaboration:

  • Develop effective communication platforms for both clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

In Terms Of The Skills We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree with a minimum of 1 year in a Marketing Agency and 2-5 years overall experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
